Time for another Bob Scrimshaw strip as featured in the Cartoonists' Club 'Jester' mag. Bob is obviously a snappy dresser, and this month offers invaluable tips on sartorial scribbling. Did you know those slightly annoying long dangly hats with the bobbly bits were called Chullos? I had to look it up since my hat knowledge is quite poor.
